For veterans and clients with more complex or high-acuity health needs, Oracle Ability Services provides highly specialised nursing care delivered by experienced, skilled Registered Nurses. We are equipped to manage serious chronic conditions, support recovery from major surgery or hospitalisation, and provide compassionate palliative and end-of-life care — all in the comfort of your own home.
Our team works closely with your treating specialists, GPs, and hospital teams to ensure your complex care needs are met safely, consistently, and in full alignment with your medical management plan.

Who is eligible
- DVA Veteran Gold Card holders — complex and specialised care needs are fully assessed and covered
- DVA Veteran White Card holders — care for complex needs related to accepted service-connected conditions
How to get started
A written referral from your GP, treating specialist, or hospital discharge team is required, outlining the specific complex care needs to be addressed. Our Registered Nurse will then conduct an in-home clinical assessment to develop an appropriate care plan.
